These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at propoolservices.in and the pool services you request through it. The website is operated by Pro Pool Services, a swimming pool maintenance, repair and staffing company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

2. Services we provide

Through this website you can enquire about the following services:

• Pool maintenance and cleaning, including routine and deep cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, and equipment servicing.
• Pool repairs, including pump, filter and equipment repair and leak detection.
• Pool construction and renovation support.
• Lifeguard and swimming coach staffing.

3. Quotes and pricing

Any quote we provide is indicative. It is based on the information you give us and, where relevant, an initial assessment of the pool. A quote is not a binding offer.

A quote may be adjusted if the condition of the pool, the equipment or the scope of work turns out to differ from what was described, or if additional work is required. We will inform you before any additional cost is incurred.

4. Scheduling

Service dates and times are subject to availability. A visit may need to be rescheduled because of weather, access to the property, equipment availability or other circumstances outside our control. Where that happens, we will let you know as early as we can.

5. Payment terms

Payment terms, including the amount, the schedule and the accepted methods of payment, are agreed with you at the time of booking. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due as set out in your booking confirmation.

6. Workmanship and warranty

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Beyond the workmanship we agree with you in writing, we give no warranty, express or implied, in respect of our services, the equipment we service or any products we supply.

Where we supply products or equipment, any manufacturer's warranty is the warranty of that manufacturer and is passed on to you as it stands.

7. Website content is informational only

The content on this website, including our service descriptions, maintenance guidance and the articles in our Knowledge Centre, is general information about pool care. It is not professional advice for your specific pool.

Water conditions, equipment and usage differ from property to property. Always have your own pool assessed before acting on general guidance, and never handle pool chemicals in a way that conflicts with the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Pool Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or enjoyment, arising from your use of this website or from our services.
